I'm Andy Li, General Manager of YZS. I engaged in auto parts business ten years ago. Before this, I worked as a salesman in software products. The rapid updating and innovation in software industry gave me very clear awareness on the future of auto parts. After taking over my family business, I did two things:
   Re-positioning company direction & strategy. Based on our research and analysis, we actively took Blue Ocean Strategy on marketing. We re-defined the market and got very clear idea on our advantage and disadvantage. Finally, we determined to focus on sway bar business and to strengthen ourselves by professional. During this period, someone asked "If it is a waste to get rid of so many other production lines?" "If it is a big risk to produce one single type of products?" I replied:" In future, to be small and exquisite is critical for surviving in E-business. It seems that we waste some existing equipments, one day you will find that we saved a lot. It seems that we only produce one single type, but we are integrating the industry nationwide and worldwide.

   Internet Marketing. My early working experience let me know the power of internet. As the successor of YZS, I definitely brought it into my company. After promoting internet marketing, our cost, such as purchasing and sales, are greatly reduced. Because of this, besides the quality advantage, price advantage comes out as well. In 2008, the Global Financial Crisis happened. We got our good harvest while most of our competitors were suffering very hard period.

first stage
Start and Fight for My Own Business
My major is computer when I study in polytechnic school. Although my father ran his own factory at that time, after graduation, I planed to have my own career. So I decided to work in saftware sales in Hangzhou. After working many years , I had my own computer company in 2003. However, because of the family background, I accumulated lots of auto parts knowledge since my childhood. During running my own computer business, I sold auto parts as my part-time job and finally opened my own Ali shop. One of my customer is car-racing fans. Once, we talked about performance car. I mentioned my own sway bar and got his good praise. He said there was a good prospect for Performance car market. It was given me a great influence from this talking. First, I saw a prospect of emerging market. Secondly, first time, I began to think about the future of YZS from the boss view. Looking back, this is the spark fire for attracting me join in YZS years later.
second stage
With My Own Accumulation, Inherited the Mantle
In 1998, my father founded Yuhuan Yongzheng Auto Parts Company. At that time, we only cooperated with a domestic OEM customer for manufacturing sway bar kits and some other parts. After 8 years cooperation, we accumulated the experience with OEMs. But the bad management in our OEM customer led to its business more and more worse. In 2006, I joined in YZS. Facing this situation, I made full use of my internet knowledge and my experience in online sales to promote YZS and develop business. After preliminary exploration, I found although there were many kinds of products in my company, but sway bar was our advantage and best item all the time. Eventually, we decide to do subtraction for the items and putting sway bar as our main product.
third stage
Development Is The Convincing Way
Sway bar is not wearing parts. Only large plant to manufacture this kinds of products in domestic ,which is mainly supply to OEM customers with very high MOQ and expensive module cost. For domestic market, there are only some small factories and not professional at all. The quality is not stable, and the price is also in a mess. Based on this situation, we have to turn our eyes on overseas. After our survey, we found there was no domestic sway bar enterprise working for the oversea market. Then we decide to focus on this market and manufacture sway bar for oversea buyer.
    After knowing more and more about performance car, in 2014, we defined middle and high-end performance cars market as our main market. Firstly, in order to strengthen the quality and avoid the tragedy caused by poor products, we paid much attention on the material we use. We identify three standard on it, such as 60SiMn, 55Cr3, 50CrVA and so on. Secondly, improving process. We use the holistic processing instead of welding process, which is widely used by our competitors. This process change extended our product lifespan 50%.
    In service, we have flexible solution according to customer requirement. Making sure all customers obtained the most value under the lowest cost and fastest speed. We insist " Solving all problem before happening, the remaining issues leave to after sales". Regarding the after sales, there is no returning goods and complaints for so many years. The main work for our after sales is the instruction of installation, adjustment and other technical guidance, and handling some unexpected issues. All these made our customers to buy our goods in comfortable and confidence.

Because the professional cost control system, our price has an obvious advantages. Because of the strict standard on material, production, our quality is achieved OEM requirement. After ten years development (2006 to 2015), we have becoming the most professional sway bar manufacturer with full products series and most competitive price. Our customers including auto dealers, auto manufacturer, performance cars and so on. They distribute all around the world, covering more than 40 countries and with 100% satisfication on us. I'm Zhang Qinjian, Production manager of YZS. Strictly implement TS-16949 quality management system and TPS lean-production management let us greatly enhanced the efficiency. All the process flows are designed based on the takt in each process and equipped with proper equipments and workers. For the bottleneck process, we optimized it by increasing equipments or improving process. All these actions are aim to make the process in smooth running and connection. As a support to sales, we promise, all orders will be finished in 2 months with good quality and correct quantity.

I'm YZS Chief Engineer Chen Binxin. My main responsiblity is to research and design the products and modules. Presently, there are 8 eigneers in my team. 2 of them are senior engineer. In our daily work, we do the analysis of stress and impact force by ANSYS. For product and module design we use UG and PRO/E. Moreover, importing PDM in project management helped us to optimize the design process, share the resources and shorten the developping cycle. I'm proud to said, the only goal for our technical dept. is breaking through technical difficulties and becoming the industry benchmark. Finally, to provide strong technical support and high performance products to our customers.

My name is Xi Xianyong. I'm the QC Manager. Our quality philosophy is "Quality is the root of our company". In order to protect the root, we do quality control as per ISO:TS-16949 requirement. Material checking, initial and final sample inspection, spot inspection during the process are strictly implemented. All staff participation, prevention first and continuous improvement are our core working idea. By using PDCA, 5W1H and other excellent manage methods and tools, the quality performance is continuous improved. Our final goal is to archieve 100% satisfaction by our hard working.

I'm Jason Zeng, who is mainly responsible for the sales and marketing affairs. The department I serve is committed to explore the global market. The big data obtained and accumulated from long term study on international market made us easily to provide proper products and plans for our customers. CRM system helps us to serve our clients in high criteria. Moreover, we do customer satisfaction questionare every year. It helps us to gather customers' feedback and solve or improve the issues accordingly. Difficulties of World Expo
In 2010, Shanghai Expo, a well-known domestic car maker planed to present a hybrid. However, due to the low quantity and high requirement, it is hardly to find a qualified supplier. Finally they found YZS. YZS established a dedicated team and worked overtime to conquer the difficulties. Eventually, the product were submitted to customer in perfect and presented in Shanghai Expo.
The only mainland suppliers
2011, a global famous performance car brand holder came to China and tried to find their foundry. The material they need is unique and the quantity is low. Moreover, the requirements in precision and performance are high. They contact with many factories but failed. Then they came to us. YZS kept very close communication with this customer. After 2-year's hard work, YZS supplied them with many plans and solutions and finally gained their recognition. Now, YZS is their exclusive sway bar supplier in China.
